A Queen isn't afraid to Fail - Card by Jessie

Happy Halloween Everyone!  It's Jessie and I have a royal card for you today.

So I made this using the Wishful Thinking Collection by Fancy Pants Designs.  the papers I used are Pretty Plaid, My Party and Sprinkles.
