Hello Crafting Family, DT member Tiffany here with your Tuesday post! Today I have a very simple layout to share with you:
Since I only had one (very adorable) photo of my son for this layout, I decided to place it front and center, but on an angle. I decided to use a fabulous piece of American Crafts pattern paper, which has playful dots on one side, and a solid pale blue on the other. I cut my pattern paper to 6" x 12" and butted it up against the photo, trimming off the excess along the edge of the 12x12 background. I cut this funny shape in half, flipping one piece over to reveal the light blue, and adhered to the layout. Repeated on the other side; trimmed out the top and bottom boarder with ribbon and a scalloped piece of My Minds Eye paper, and my quick and easy layout was complete!
Supplies:
Cardstock- Bazzill
Pattern Paper- American Crafts, My Minds Eye
Ribbon- Offray
Punch- EK Success
Pen- Sharpie
Spray Ink- Mister Huey
You still have a few more days to show us your take on this month's sketch, link up on the sidebar by August 31!!
